COCKTAILS
A cocktail is an alcoholic mixed drink, which is either a combination of spirits, or one or more spirits mixed with other ingredients such as fruit juice, lemonade, flavored syrup, or cream.
MARGARITA
A margarita is a cocktail consisting of tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice often served with salt on the rim of the glass. The drink is served shaken with ice (on the rocks), blended with ice (frozen margarita), or without ice (straight up).
MOJITO
Traditionally, a mojito is a cocktail that consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar (traditionally sugarcane juice), lime juice, soda water, and mint.
TEQUILA SUNRISE
The Tequila Sunrise is a cocktail made of tequila, orange juice, and grenadine syrup and served unmixed in a tall glass.
MANGO COLLINS
Mango Collins. Vodka blended with the refreshing flavours of Madarine Napoleon liqueur, mango nectar and fresh lemon juice, topped with the sparkle of seltzer.
BLUE HAWAII
The Blue Hawaii is a tropical cocktail made of rum, pineapple juice, Blue Curaçao, sweet and sour mix, and sometimes vodka. It should not be confused with the similarly named Blue Hawaiian cocktail (also known as the Swimming Pool cocktail) that contains creme of coconut instead of sweet and sour mix.
COSMOPOLITAN
A cosmopolitan, or informally a cosmo, is a cocktail made with vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed or sweetened lime juice.
BLACK RUSSIAN
The Black Russian is a cocktail of vodka and coffee liqueur. It contains five parts vodka to two parts coffee liqueur, per IBA specified ingredients. Traditionally, the drink is made by pouring the vodka over ice cubes or cracked ice in an old-fashioned glass, followed by the coffee liqueur.

HARA KIRI
Hara Kiri is a frm of Japanese ritual suicide by disembowelment. A samurai practice, seppuku was used either voluntarily by samurai to die with honor rather than fall into the hands of their enemies (and likely suffer torture) or as a form of capital punishment for samurai who had committed serious offenses, or performed because they had brought shame to themselves. Prior to this, he would probably consume an important ceremonial drink of sake. He would also give his attendant a cup meant for sake.

Nobody really knows how the name came about. It’s said that it’s named after diminutive action star of the 1970s, Ernesto de la Cruz, who was better known as Weng Weng. Another story has it that the drink was called that because it’s the local slang for “totally wasted,” which, if you’re not careful and pace yourself, will happen to you. This cocktail is very spirit forward, and the alcohol balanced by the sweetness of the juices. Honestly, it kind of tastes like bad decisions.
ADIOS MOTHERFUCKER
This vulgar sounding cocktail does not look vulgar at all. It also does not taste the slightest bit vulgar. Best drink to get knocked out.
OLD FASHIONED COCKTAIL
The Old Fashioned is a cocktail made by muddling sugar with bitters, then adding alcohol, originally whiskey but now sometimes brandy and finally a twist of citrus rind. It is traditionally served in a short, round, tumbler-like glass, which is called an Old Fashioned glass, after the drink.
GIMLET
A 1928 description of the drink was: "gin, a spot of lime, and soda". The description in the 1953 Raymond Chandler novel The Long Goodbye stated that "a real gimlet is half gin and half Rose's lime juice and nothing else".
DAIQUIRI
Daiquiri is a family of cocktails whose main ingredients are rum, citrus juice, and sugar or other sweetener. The daiquiri is one of the six basic drinks listed in David A. Embury's classic The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks, which also lists some variations.

Cool Colada brings in some of the tastes we find in cocktails. Although it's too strong on both flavors to be transformed into a neat drink without a little help, it does have the potential to be one of the better tasting, strong shots you will likely have. The flavor mimics the Pina Colada without the rum and while the pineapple could give you a step-back tart reaction, the coconut does a fair job of mellowing it out.
GRASSHOPPER
Similar to the popular grasshopper cocktail, the shooter uses the same three ingredients. The green crème de menthe gives it the signature color along with a tasty mint flavor. The crème de cacao adds a hint of sweet chocolate, and the cream finishes it off, making it a smooth drink that's very easy to shoot.
KAMIKAZE
The Kamikaze is made of equal parts vodka, triple sec and lime juice. According to the International Bartenders Association. Garnish is typically a wedge or twist of lime.
SNAKE BITE
It is surprising how little known the snakebite cocktail seems to be when it is so simple to make. Just be aware that, as the name states, the drink does have some serious bite. All of the variations are quite high in alcohol content.
TEQUILA SLAMMER
This tequila shot is a fun party drink. The key is to drink it after activating the fizz of the tonic water by slamming the shot glass on the bar top. It is also called a Tequila Boom Boom, Tequilazo or Popper.
MEXICAN SAMURAI
This is the case of the Mexican Samurai, a simple, tasty mix of tequila with the sweet fruit of Ty Ku.
It still looks best when served in caballitos (tall shot glasses, traditionally used for straight tequila). It is both beautiful to look at and to taste and you really cannot go wrong with it.
APOCALYPSE NOW
The Apocalypse Now is not a shot for the faint of heart or people with sensitive taste buds. The mixture of cream and tequila is an interesting combination in itself, and when you add dry vermouth to that it gets really interesting. If you are looking for a quick, potent novelty shooter, this would be one to try.
GLADIATOR
The gladiator cocktail is a drop shot like the Irish car bomb. You pour the liqueurs into a shot glass, drop that glass into a larger glass filled with the mixers and "shoot" the entire drink. In this case, the liqueurs are amaretto and Southern Comfort (SoCo), and you may hear it called a SoCo drop shot.
